Returns and Exchange PolicyCustom PrintingIf we design the file for you, as our customer, you will receive a proof of each design via email. You can ask for adjustments or give an "okay to print". Because we work with you to design and print your product, and especially when you've given an okay to print, refunds and returns can not be given. If the products designed by PS Design and Printing are defective or incorrect due to the sole error of PS Design and Printing, we will gladly replace the product free of charge. Printing using Customer's Design filesWe often have clients who have their designs created by other designers, then come to us because of our great pricing and low minimum print requirements. Artwork that has been submitted by a customer from another designer is assumed "print-ready" and is in the correct size and format and has already been approved and therefore does not require an email proof . Refunds and returns cannot be given; however, if once printed, and you are dissatisfied with the design, color, or size, we will be glad to give you a discount on a new order, but will have to charge a small design fee to re-do your artwork to fit other sizes, colors, etc. Call us at 918-812-1211 if you have any questions!
